Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We ship to APO and FPO addresses and to PO boxes where the carrier allows it.

• Standard shipping is $9.99 per order for fabric and wallpaper

• Production takes 5 to 10 business days

• Transit takes 2 to 7 business days after your order ships

• Most orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks after you place them

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military addresses can take longer than the estimate above.

You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one package as different products are crafted in different locations.

Weather, holidays, and carrier delays happen. If your order is running past the estimate, get in touch and we'll look into it.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check around your delivery spot and with neighbors and your carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll make it right. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll reprint or refund.
