Return Policy

All of the fabric and wallpaper we offer is printed just for you, one order at a time. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, and nothing is mass produced.

We want you to love what arrives. If you don't, please let us know. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to reach out, and we'll reprint your items or arrange a return for refund. Your choice. 

To start, email connect@vintagebotanica.com with your order number, a quick note about what's wrong, and photos of the product if you can. 

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval and cover your items plus tax. We refund your original shipping too when the problem is on our end. One claim per order.

Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered?

We stand behind our work, so if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us. Send your order number and photos of the item with packaging, and we will get replacement items into production right away, or arrange a return, whichever you prefer.

Please let us know as soon as you can after delivery so we can flag it with our production team, though you still have the full 60 days.

Cancellations and changes

Our process gets orders into production pretty quickly, so the window to change or cancel is short. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us right away, and if production hasn't started we'll help arrange the corrections you need. After that, printing has usually started and we can't make changes, but our 60-day return policy still applies once your items arrive.

Address changes work the same way, so please double-check your address at checkout and reach out right away if you need to update your delivery address.

Sampling

We highly recommend sampling our fabrics and wallpapers first to ensure the product meets your expectations before committing to long yardage or full roll orders. Fat quarters are available for all fabrics and make a generously-sized sample at half the width and half the length of a full yard. Wallpaper samples measure 8 inches x 10 inches.

Once you've approved your sample, order what you need soon, and order it all at once. Ink lots and print conditions shift slightly over time, so pieces printed weeks or months apart can vary a little in color. Ordering together keeps everything consistent.
